Ingredients:
FOR DOUGH:
1 pound pot cheese
1 egg
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla sugar
FOR FRYING:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sunflower seed or vegetable oil
Instructions:
1-Beat the egg with sugar and vanilla sugar in a medium-sized bowl.
2-Pour the sweet egg mixture into the pot cheese.
3-Add the flour and mix it all thoroughly.
4-Form pot cheese balls.
5-Roll them in the flour on a cutting board and press each ball a bit on the top to form a pancake.
6-Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour some oil there (while frying add more oil if necessary).
7-Fry the cheese pancakes 3 minutes on each side. They should get brown but the pot cheese shouldn't melt inside a pancake (see the photo).
8-Let them cool for 10-15 minutes after frying.
