5 chicken legs
5 oz hard cheese, grated
4 green onions, just the green tops, chopped
3 garlic cloves, pressed
½ lemon, squeezed
2 tablespoons sour cream
½ teaspoon curry
½ teaspoon salt
1-Pre-heat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).
2-Cut the chicken legs lengthwise and separate from the bones to get fillets.
3-Tenderize the fillets with the kitchen hammer from both sides.
4-Combine salt, curry and lemon juice in a medium-sized bowl then rub this into the chicken fillets. Put the fillets into the bowl and set aside to marinate for 20 minutes.
5-Combine the grated cheese, onion, garlic and egg in a medium-sized bowl. That is the filling for our chicken rolls.
6-Put a full tablespoon filling on each fillet and roll it up.
7-Place all the rolls tight in a deep roasting tin and cover with the sour cream.
8-Send the rolls to the oven to cook at 350ºF (180ºC) for an hour.
