Sausage and Egg Casserole

Ingredients:
1 loaf Crusty French Bread, torn into pieces
6 Eggs
1/4 cup Milk
1 cup cooked Italian sausage, sliced 
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350° and grease 9 x 13 inch baking pan with butter. Place bread pieces in pan and distribute evenly. Beat the eggs, milk, garlic powder, and salt and pepper you desire and pour over the bread. Add the remaining ingredients and bake for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown and a knife put in the center comes out clean. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
