ripe bananas, sliced
1 cup chocolate chips
2 tablespoons coconut oil
peanut butter, optional
Slice bananas and place on greased cookie sheet (optionally, spread peanut butter between two banana slices). Freeze for several hours, or until frozen solid.
In a bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil. Dip the bananas into the chocolate, letting the chocolate harden before placing onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Store bananas into the freezer, and let them thaw for a few minutes before eating.
