15 small biscuits brown or crushed speculos
2 tablespoons melted butter

250g Philadelphia cream cheese
1 ½ cups white sugar
3/4 cup milk
2 eggs ; 2 egg whites
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract / orange / lemon
1/4 cup flour


Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Grease a round pan 25cm diameter.
In a bowl, mix the biscuits with melted butter . Spread and press into bottom of pan.
