Chicken & Leek Pie

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
1 clove garlic (crushed)
4 chicken breasts means (Cubed)
2 large leeks (coarsely chopped)
150ml dry white wine
150ml chicken stock
142 ML Double Cream
1 packet of ready rolled puff pastry
1 medium egg
1 pinch of tarragon, mixed herbs, parsley, oregano and basil

Instructions:
Step 1.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and leeks and cook for 4-5 minutes or until tender.
Step 2.

Step 3.
Pour the broth and simmer until reduced by half. Add the cream and herbs and bring to a boil. then simmer for 4-5 minutes until thickened. Season then spoon into a pie dish and let cool.
Step 4.
Unroll dough and cut to cover the dish quite a bit. Cut a small hole in the center of the dough to allow steam to escape and baking until golden and flaky.
