BEEF TACO BAKE


INGREDIENTS:

1Pound Lean Ground Beef
½ cup Chopped Onions
1 Teas.black Pepper
10 oz. can Tomato Soup,undiluted
½ can Cheese/nacho Soup, undiluted
½ cup Picante Sauce
½ cup Cheddar Cheese
4 (8") Flour or Corn Tortillas Cut Into 1" Pieces

Garnishes:

Chopped Olives,any Kind
Picante Sauce
Onions, chopped
Shredded Cheese
Remainder of
Cheese /nacho Soup,undiluted
Flour Tortillas
Sour Cream
Guacamole

DIRECTIONS:

Cook beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat, add onions cook 1 minute more- drain off and fat.

Stir in tomato soup, picante sauce,tortilla pieces,cheese/nacho soup, cheddar cheese and pepper. Stir well to combine.Pour into a 9x 13 inch sprayed baking pan.Cover with foil and bake in 400^ oven for 15 minutes.Remove foil and bake for 15 more minutes.Cool 5 minutes.

To assemble:

Place a whole flour tortilla on plate and place 3-4 T. of meat mixture down center of tortilla- top with any of the garnishes and roll up to close. Spread top with guacamole,sour cream and olives. This is so good.
