Chicken & Broccoli Rice Bake



Ingredients:


1 Tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
3 cups small broccoli florets
1 onion, chopped
1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
1-¼ cups instant white rice, uncooked
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

PREPARATION:

1- HEAT oven to 375ºF.

2- HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, broccoli and onions; cook and stir 5 min. Stir in broth; bring to boil. Add next 4 ingredients; mix well.

3- SPOON into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with shredded cheese. Cover.

4- BAKE 25 min. or until heated through, uncovering for the last 10 min.
