INGREDIENTS:
For the cake:
2 3/4 cups flour
1 cup Starbucks Hot Chocolate Mix
1 1/2 cups hot/boiling water
1 1/2 cup of sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup melted butter
4 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
For the marshmallow frosting
1 cup mini marshmallows
2 tablespoons butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
For the cake :
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix the dry ingredients together in a larger bowl.
In a separate bowl, blend the hot or boiling water and the hot chocolate mix.
Slowly start adding the wet ingredients to the flour mixture.
Pour into a bundt pan and bake for 1 hour.
For the frosting :
Melt the butter in a saucepan after the cake has cooled.
Add the marshmallows and mix until smooth.
Pour over the cooled caked and allow to set.
NOTES:
Depending on the type of bundt pan you use your time may be a little more or less. Id start at 45 minutes and add more time as needed.
